2010 Membership Drive

Who wants to win a $250 gift card? The Membership Committee is conducting a Membership Drive for 2010, and YOU could win the grand prize just by encouraging people you know to join SCMA! There will be prizes for individuals and organizations that recruit the most new members this year.

• The person who recruits the most new members by September 20, 2010 will win a $250 Visa gift card.
• The Division I organization that signs up the most new members will win a free registration to a future SCMA conference.
• The Division II organization that signs up the most new members will win a free exhibit space at a future SCMA conference.
• Plus, everyone who recruits a new member, plus each new SCMA member, will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card.

Winners will be announced during the fall conference and membership meeting on South Padre Island, Sept. 27-29. You do not need to be present to win. You can direct potential new members to the membership page of the website, where they can either print out and mail in a membership form, or join online. Be sure to tell them to fill in your name and organization where it asks "How did you hear about SCMA?" If you would like some membership brochures, please contact the SCMA office via e-mail or at 512-617-6529.

Also, members and non-members alike are invited to help us improve the association by filling out a brief survey; there's one for current members* and one for non-members (including former members). Participants will be entered in a drawing for a gift card.

*Please only fill out the survey once - if you already turned in the hard copy of the survey, please don't also do the online version, and vice versa.
