Events - 2012 Annual Conference

Save the date and plan to join SCMA once in again in sunny San Antonio for our 7th Annual Conference & Membership Meeting, August 22-24, 2012, at the Menger Hotel in San Antonio. A call for presentation abstracts is now posted. If you are interested in presenting at the conference, submissions are due on Feb. 15.

As always, the conference will feature educational presentations, networking opportunities, and CEUs for operators (pending). However, some new activities are in the works for this year's conference. Stay tuned to this website and to the member e-newsletter for additional details.

The conference venue is the historic Menger Hotel, 204 Alamo Plaza, San Antonio, TX 78205. We will have a discounted room block with a rate of only $85, plus $15 parking. The hotel is conveniently located near the Riverwalk, Alamo, and Rivercenter Mall. It is only 15-20 minutes from the airport, with shuttle and taxi options available. The discounted SCMA rate is available three days before and after the conference, subject to room availability.
