The South Central Membrane Association (SCMA) is a nonprofit organization formed in 1997 as a regional affiliate of the American Membrane Technology Association covering Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Members include operators, suppliers, consultants, regulators and other individuals or companies interested in membrane and water treatment. Each year, SCMA aims to improve the quality of water supplies through desalting, reuse, and other water sciences.
